HOUSE RULES

HOUSE RULES •
Alright, the no-fun-stuff first! We ask that you enjoy MTH with care, have some common sense, & respect the following rules:
Do not access or enter any areas of the property that are locked or labeled “staff only.”
1
Keep the gate (north side of house) closed — open gates invite deer to eat the roses & flowers.
2
6
Wipe up spills immediately — standing liquids will damage the wood floors and fabrics.
3
Unless arranged otherwise, only registered guests (max 16) are permitted on the property. No weddings, receptions, or other events.

If something gets damaged or isn’t working, let us know right away—we’d rather address it quickly than let it linger!
No pet business on the front lawn. This is non-negotiable.
No smoking, open flames, or fireworks on the property. Vaping is permitted outside only.
9
Do not take linens or towels from any cabinets, drawers, or the laundry room. If you need anything, just ask!
Do not use or access the outdoor pizza oven and pool filter & heater.
11
Coolers stay outside—no coolers inside the house (they have leaked and damaged our floors).
Do not touch the Vestaboard upstairs — it’s not manual!
Windows/doors must stay closed if the air conditioning is on.
Driven by passion
Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.
