Please note: you are responsible for sharing this information with your entire team working on site at Mount Tom House.
READ THIS FIRST
Mount Tom House sits at the end of a half-mile, single-lane driveway, with limited space for parking and unloading. That’s why every instruction below is there: after years of events, this is the setup that works.
What we need from you:
Read everything below, and share it with your whole team.
Follow it to a T, with no exceptions unless noted.
Unload, then park in vendor parking immediately. Not after setup, not “in a bit.” A car left in the wrong place, even briefly, blocks other vendors and pulls our team (and often you) away from the work of the day. We’d so much rather spend that time helping you!

📍 If you use Apple Maps or Google Maps, you can search “Mount Tom House” and will be guided right here!
🏠 Our address is: 34251 Mount Tom Dr, Harrisburg, OR 97446
❓ In the last few miles of the drive, you might scratch your head and wonder “are we going in the right direction?” — you are! The most important thing to note is that Mount Tom Dr is going to transition to a single-lane paved driveway directly ahead of you. You are going to follow the driveway all the way to our house. It’s steep, it curves, & is 1/2 mile long. Look for the Mount Tom House signs at the start and end of our driveway to help guide you the last 1/2 mile!
Please note: at the start of our driveway, you will see a big rock to the left with “34051” — that is our neighbors’ nearly identical house numbers. Do not go left - follow the Mount Tom House sign ahead of you.

Option #1 | parking pad unloading
great for a light load
You can drive up to the 3-car garage and park on the cement pad. There will be about a dozen steps to walk up to the main house.

Option #2 | back gate unloading
better for a heavy load
You can drive behind the house and back down through our gate to unload items at the reception area.
Back of house parking (near the 2 painted outbuildings) is reserved for catering. Please do not block this area to unload.

HAIR & MAKEUP
parking instructions
If you will be departing prior to the start of the ceremony:
you can unload & remain parked on the cement parking pad by the 3-car garage.
If you will be departing after the ceremony begins:
please follow the “all other vendors” parking instructions. You will set the tone for how everyone else parks for the day!
Please be mindful of the restroom trailer or porta-potties when leaving.
CATERING

The back of house area is reserved for the catering team.
CATERING TEAM:
Pull all the way in to maximize space.
Do not block access to the gate area. Other vendors need access & MTH will back a car down during the reception to shuttle folks.
If your team is coming in several cars, extra cars can park in vendor parking or on the road behind the house (talk to Juli for instructions).
ALL OTHER VENDORS

Immediately after you unload:
You will park tightly next to your fellow vendors’ cars in the vendor parking area indicated by the blue vendor parking sign.
Please do not leave your car parked in the guest-parking gravel area with intentions of moving your car to vendor parking later.
Please park identically to how cars are parked in the photo below.
You may not park anywhere else on the property unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Parking & unloading at Mount Tom House is intentionally structured to ensure that all vendors and guests can access the property smoothly. Our team will be monitoring the areas throughout the day.
We do not want to pull you away from your job on Saturday, but we will if you:
park in the wrong direction in the vendor parking area,
leave your car parked in an unloading area,
park in a non-vendor parking area,
or do not park tightly next to neighboring cars in the vendor parking area.
FIRE SAFETY
⛔ Do not park in grassy pull-offs. This is a fire risk and is prohibited during fire season.
🚭 If you smoke or vape, there is a designated smoking area by the 3-car garage. We take fire safety very seriously. Smoking or vaping is absolutely prohibited anywhere except the designated area.
INDOOR ACCESS
Indoor access is permitted for Mount Tom House overnight guests and vendors only.
VENDOR FAQs

ice
freezer space
extra fridge space
coolers
Kitchen access:
available for catering and bartending
kitchen MUST be thoroughly cleaned and returned to its original state before departure
Food scraps:
food scraps trash bag must be taken away by catering team
Mount Tom House will take care. of all other trash
Dump buckets:
Mount Tom House can supply dump buckets to bartenders
Please check in with Juli regarding where to dump liquids

ladders or other tools for floral installations
refrigerator space for flowers

Please bring your own extension cords.
Wifi does not reach upper terrace or ceremony area.
Please let us know in advance if you need chairs for the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception.
Mount Tom House does not have pop-up tents in case of inclement weather.

Mount Tom House does not supply ladders, tools, or extra extension cords.
