I am Juli, I own & operate Mount Tom House and am available for any logistical questions. 😁
Below you will find directions and important information about unloading & parking.

A successful event day requires two things of you:
1) review the info in full
2) follow the instructions to a T!
It can be tempting to think that you can be an exception to the directions. No vendor is an exception to the parking & loading directions we have outline.
Not following the information below ends up causing bottle necks & headaches later in the day. We will have to pull you away from your work if you are not parked in the right position & location, and we really don’t want to do that!!
Hair and Makeup Artists: you are usually the first to arrive & as such, have a little extra responsibility to park appropriately & set the tone right for the rest of the day!
DIRECTIONS
📍 If you use Apple Maps or Google Maps, you can search “Mount Tom House” and will be guided right here!
🏠 Our address is: 34251 Mount Tom Dr, Harrisburg, OR 97446
❓ In the last few miles of the drive, you might scratch your head and wonder “are we going in the right direction?” — you are! The most important thing to note is that Mount Tom Dr is going to transition to a single-lane paved driveway directly ahead of you. You are going to follow the driveway all the way to our house. It’s steep, it curves, & is 1/2 mile long. Look for the Mount Tom House signs at the start and end of our driveway to help guide you the last 1/2 mile!
Please note: at the start of our driveway, you will see a big rock to the left with “34051” — that is our neighbors’ nearly identical house numbers. Do not go left - follow the Mount Tom House sign ahead of you.
ARRIVAL & UNLOADING
You have two options for unloading items near the house – see the diagram below for a visual:
OPTION 1 - great for a light load
➡️You can drive up to the 3-car garage and park on the cement pad. There will be about a dozen steps to walk up to the main house.
OPTION 2 - better for a heavy load
➡️You can drive behind the house and back down through our gate to unload items at the reception area.
Back of house parking (near the 2 painted outbuildings) is reserved for catering. Please do not block this area to unload.
VENDOR PARKING
Immediately after you unload:
You will park tightly next to your fellow vendors’ cars in the vendor parking area indicated by the blue vendor parking sign.
Please do not leave your car parked in the guest-parking gravel area with intentions of moving your car to vendor parking later.
Please park identically to how cars are parked in the photo below.
Unless you are part of the catering team, you may not park anywhere else on the property.
Parking & unloading at Mount Tom House is intentionally structured to ensure that all vendors and guests can access the property smoothly. Our team will be monitoring the areas throughout the day. We do not want to pull you away from your job on Saturday, but if you:
park in the wrong direction in the vendor parking area,
leave your car parked in an unloading area,
park in a non-vendor parking area,
or do not park tightly next to neighboring cars in the vendor parking area, we will ask you to move your car and repark.
Catering Team: please do not block access to the gate area. We will need to back a car down during the reception to shuttle folks.
FIRE SAFETY
⛔ Do not park in grassy pull-offs. This is a fire risk and is prohibited during fire season.
🚭 If you smoke or vape, there is a designated smoking area by the 3-car garage. We take fire safety very seriously. Smoking or vaping is absolutely prohibited anywhere except the designated area.
INDOOR ACCESS
Indoor access is permitted for Mount Tom House overnight guests and vendors only.
Catering may access the kitchen for food prep and bussing.
