Everyone on this list has been truly wonderful to work with. During events there are a lot of moving parts and small details to coordinate. It's felt very much like a team when working everyone below, which is exactly what you hope for. :)
Vendor Recommendations
Kayla has coordinated a wedding at Mount Tom House and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her organization, communication, commitment to carrying out her clients' vision, and advocacy of her clients is great. She protects her clients rights', adheres to contracts, and protects other vendors' rights.
Olivia has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is prompt in responses, detailed in her notes & consideration, and most importantly is kind and compassionate. Highly, highly recommend!
We hear from so many vendors: Becky is the best in the business. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with her and recommend her to others with flying colors! Becky’s Instagram is also a great resource for other vendors. She tags EVERYONE’S work in every photo she posts. You can find different photographers/rental companies/florists/etc. She also offers rentals – everything is new and handled with care.
Dani has coordinated one wedding at Mount Tom House and was so great to work with! She was quick to respond to emails and answer questions, was organized and calm the day of, and just brought sunshine with her!
Beth is a Portland-based wedding coordinator. In addition to traditional wedding planning services, she also offers 1-hour consulations, a ton of free resources, advice, and templates (to communicate with guests, vendors, family) on her website. She has not been a wedding planner at Mount Tom House yet, but I have had direct communication with her a few times and would confidently recommend her!
Rachel was amazing to work with and we really got to know each other well when we troubleshooted together after a freak & unexpected thunderstorm rolled in - in the middle of August - on a couple's wedding day. She lead & guided all of the vendors as we shifted plans and did an amazing job of communicating, but not overwhelming, the couple!

We highly recommend Destination Events for tent rentals, farmhouse table rentals, and everything else. They are great and know Mount Tom House well!

Parties to Go is a one-stop-shop option in town that are convenient if renting a lot of different items.
If you want to take your linens to the next level, this is where to go!
Located in Corvallis, but worth looking at if ordering a lot of different items. From our experience, their items seem to be in a bit more better shape & handled more carefully than Parties to Go.

Catering
We were SUPER impressed by Branch Road's menu, presentation, and friendly staff! Highly recommend for a farm-to-table, beautifully rustic experience. The photos included are from an event at Mount Tom House.
Philyaw's has been to Mount Tom House several times! Great BBQ and a great team!
Similar to Bill & Tim's, Mucho Gusto is great to work with if you want high quality food, affordable pricing, and you don't want to worry about anything! They will set up everything & come and take it away. Highly recommend! Bill & Tim's and Mucho Gusto are owned by the same company – you'll get the same great service!
We love working with Shield! They are a full-service catering option and offer bartending, buffet, to plated dinner service.
Mishjacks Catering has not catered an event (yet) at Mount Tom House but we have been guests at their events and love what they do!

They will fire up our pizza oven and cook pizzas all night long! We love working with Pizzeria DOP! They are our first recommendation if you are looking for pizza and the head count is larger than what we can serve in-house. :)
Bill & Tim's BBQ is great to work with if you are looking for good food, affordable pricing, and you don't want to worry about anything! They will set up everything & come and take it away.

Super cute cart & set up that can be parked by the bar/pizza oven. Danny & Marisa are wonderful!
Levitate Elixirs has not been to Mount Tom House yet but came recommended as a locally-made functional spirit alternative!
Beer on Wheels! The Battle Cat beer van is all about fun and not taking ourselves too seriously. They know our property well and have served many events here. Beer van not your vibe? They also have a mobile bar that they can bring instead!
You'll see Fallon included in our DJ recommendations - her services extend beyond DJing! She offers bartending service, bussing service, and event planning. A great option if you want to BYOB and need a staff to buss and serve!
They poured an event for us in 2022 & were great to work with!

DJs & Live Music
J&J have DJ'ed several events at Mount Tom House and are fantastic! The way they mix music keeps the energy high and people on the dance floor!
Jonna is a super talented singer and musician…I don’t know how to accurately describe her style and skill set but all I know is I would listen to her voice any day! Her new band, Bake Club, is an alternative ratgrass band.

Jeff has DJ'ed at Mount Tom House and we were super impressed by how he seamlessly MC'ed the evening, creatively got people on the dance floor, and selected songs all night long that intuitively reflected the vibe & energy!
DJ Fallon brings a great energy to Mount Tom House and we love how she engages with the guests and effortlessly MCs the evening.

Shuttle Services
You will be able to catch taxis/Ubers/Lyfts from Eugene to Mount Tom House. To get from Mount Tom House to Eugene, we recommend scheduling a taxi or pre-scheduling an Uber/Lyft. Uber & Lyft do not provide on-demand services from Mount Tom House at this time!
School busses for a sweet vibe! They can make it all the way up the driveway!
This is the taxi company we recommend & is a great option if you need to arrange transportation for a small handful of guests. It's also a great option to recommend to your guests if they are asking about transportation. Pre-scheduling pick up and drop off is required, I think.
My Party Bus & First Student Shuttle are the top two companies we recommend! They know the driveway well and have been here plenty of times!

PartyCat has set up photobooth at one of our weddings and was fantastic!

Wedding day attendant for your four-legged family! Alex is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT). We highly recommend wedding day attendants for your pups!
Script on This makes amazing custom signage. So incredible!
One of our couples wanted to include their pup in the wedding weekend festivities and didn't want to have to worry about - or have their family worry about - taking care of their guy. SO, they hired Wags and Garland to pup-sit on their wedding day and I cannot tell you how impressed I was. This is a GREAT option if you want to make sure your pups are there for your day and you don't want to have to worry about a thing!
Alli of Greenbird Mountain can make custom mugs & pottery for your wedding weekend if you are looking for unique gifts for your family/wedding party! To be sure your order is complete on time, plan for a 6-8 week turnaround.
