Mount Tom House offers a whimsically charming bed-and-breakfast retreat for families and friends seeking a private, unique and memorable space to gather. You’ll find warm, open spaces to spend time together as a group while also plenty of cozy nooks for quiet moments.
We hope to create a welcoming space and offer a bespoke experience, whether you are exploring the Willamette Valley with family and friends, grabbing your girlfriends for a bachelorette weekend, or celebrating a special occasion.

Stay
Mount Tom House offers 6 unique and bedrooms (4 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk room) and accommodates up to 12 adults and a few kiddos comfortably. Booking the whole house provides you with the best of the bed & breakfast experience and a private retreat on 200 acres to relax, celebrate, make lasting memories with those closest to you.

Dine
Group stays enjoy the extra perk of arranging for lunch and dinners (a serious breakfast is always included in your stay, of course). We’re happy to provide in-house options - we love any reason to fire up the pizza oven! - our recommendations for local caterers & private chefs, or our favorite eateries for a night on the town! You also have the same options offered for standard bed & breakfast reservations.

What’s Included in a Group Stay
LODGING
Our 6 rooms (accommodates up to 12 adults) + a few kiddos, exclusive access to the property during your stay, and friendly staff that’s will take care of you.
BREAKFAST
We believe in breakfast. Homestyle Ohio roots + the Pacific Northwest’s seasonal offerings + time spent in a Provençal French kitchen = a serious breakfast at Mount Tom House!
PET FRIENDLY
4-legged friends are $25/night/pet and are treated like guests, too! They’ll find toys, food & water bowls, poop bags, and treats made by Olympia Provisions when they check in.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Bring the kids along! We have a pack-n-play & crib available and the outdoors to explore.
200 ACRES TO EXPLORE
Settle in with a good book on the front lawn. Enjoy a morning walk with coffee in hand to our spring-fed ponds. Hike on the trails of our 120-acre nature conservancy.
WORKOUT SPACE / POOL
Stick to your workout routine with our treadmill, free weights and yoga mats. Coming soon: 2-lane lap pool and hot tub.
LUNCH & DINNER OPTIONS
In-house add-ons: meals will reflect your group preferences and will be grounded in local, seasonal, and organic products.
Private chef & catering: we can coordinate meals prepared by some of our favorite local chefs or caterers.
BYO: as a licensed food establishment, we are unable to allow guest access in our kitchen to prep or cook food, but you are more than welcome to bring pre-made meals and store them in the guest fridge/freezer. The grill is always available for you to fire up and we are happy to share any basic kitchen utensils with you to cut/chop/mix things together. We receive grocery delivery from Whole Foods/Amazon Prime and many groups will pre-order groceries & drinks to arrive upon check in!
